SHIPPING & PROCESSING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with R3uStudio!

All items are handmade and custom-made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing time includes creating, assembling, packaging, and preparing your order for shipment. During sales, holidays, live events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. R3uStudio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. R3uStudio is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, weather-related delays, or other carrier-related issues that occur during transit.

If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request assistance.
