REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At R3uStudio, all items are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your order details carefully before submitting your purchase, as all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can review and work toward a resolution.

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, R3uStudio is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or damages that occur during transit. Any shipping-related concerns must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
